3.2 Build a preliminary "Site Map"
Your site is very important to one person plus three. The important ONE, is your Visitor, the other three are
- the Search Engines, or SEs
- your merchants, and
- YOU.
All look for good quality Content that comprises your Information pages.
You will use Keywords that are the BEST combination of ...
- High Demand
- Low Supply (especially those you really enjoy and know well)
- representing a good number of possible partners.
How is it structured?
Like a pyramid.
Warren will draw it up and discuss.
HomePage = Tier 1 and has a focus on the fundamental Theme Keyword, the basic concept behind your site.
Your HomePage establishes your Unique preSelling Propsition (UpSP) to your Visitor, and convinces the Search Engines that it is the most relevant and important page for your Site Theme Keyword.
The HomePage links to 5 to 15 Tier 2 pages that are High Value pages.
Each Tier 2 page focuses on ONE Specific Keyword.
Each Tier 2 Page will connect to 5 to 15 Keyword-Focused Pages which are Tier 3 Pages.

3.7 Consider your Unique preSelling Position (UpSP)
A Shop can have a USP.
A Sales person may have a USP for a product.
What is a USP?
It is believed the term itself first surfaced, officially, in 1961, when Ad legend Rosser Reeves first wrote about it in his book, "Reality in Advertising."
Check the Resources for an URL or link to a page dicussing USP.
On your site though, you are not identifying a USP, but a UpSP.
What is an UpSP?
What is the underlying value of your site, it's uniqueness, why are you different?
Your most valuable Keyword will be important in your thinking here
This will become your Unique preSelling Proposition.

USP
Read this one page. Do not sign up UNLESS you are sure - Warren is not recommending this eNewletter.
USP is for Sales like UpSP is for product recommendations. On your site, you will partner with a merchant with whom you believe, and possibly own the product(s), and feel proud to recommend.
